Defense Forces destroyed a camouflaged “Osa” surface-to-air missile system that was hunting Ukrainian UAVs.

The 423rd Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems “Skif Griffins” reported this on its Telegram channel, publishing footage showing the destruction of the enemy target.

According to the report, the enemy air defense system, worth around $10 million, was destroyed by an ordinary drone.

According to our soldiers, the “Osa” SAM system poses a serious threat to Ukrainian reconnaissance and strike drones.

“The ‘Osa’ can engage aerial targets at altitudes of up to 5 km and operate at a range of around 10 km. Unlike other systems, it is relatively compact and easy to conceal. Destroying such SAM systems opens access for our wings to the enemy’s rear logistics,” the report says.
