Enemy drone was directed straight at SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad’s office
During a russian drone attack on Kyiv, one of the enemy UAVs was directed straight at the office of SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad.
On Friday, September 4, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this.
“I spoke with SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad. Unfortunately, a russian drone struck the central SBU building on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, opposite St. Sophia’s Cathedral. All emergency services are on the scene. Everyone affected will receive the necessary assistance. The drone was directed straight at the SBU chief’s office in this building,” the statement said.
According to the head of state, such actions by the aggressor state will not go unanswered.
“I instructed Poklad to respond to the russians appropriately, forcefully and, if possible, in kind, to this strike once everything is prepared. Our military will support this response,” the President added.
